This nice looking young man in the navy uniform is the child that Martha Isabella claimed Walter Lewis Bowers was the father of and Lewis claimed that he was not. Burl was born Feb. 16, 1938, in Independence Co., AR. He died December 1984, at the age of 46, in San Diego, CA. |
